DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Heinkel's announced Monday that it will pull its products from Kroger stores.

The company said in a Facebook post that it will discontinue all deliveries to Kroger stores for the foreseeable future, following years of ongoing issues with non-payment for delivered goods.

Heinkel's said that despite its best efforts to work with Kroger on resolving the issue, it cannot operate without "fair compensation," and that its dedication deserves to be "respected and rewarded."

"This situation could be easily resolved, and it’s deeply frustrating that it has come to this. We’re incredibly grateful to our loyal customers for your continued support, your flexibility, and for standing with us through this challenge," the Heinkel's team said in the post.

All Heinkel's products will be available at wholesale prices at its 22nd Street location effective immediately.
